Tim Lincecum has pitched at least 8 scoreless innings in 6 starts this season. No other pitcher has more than 3.

NL Cy young winner.

Just sayin!

I'm sure he'll pitch great while watching the Dodger and the Rockies battle in the playoffs.

Ya and now look at johan.

True true. But, I'll see your Johan and raise you a John Smoltz and Brad Penny.
Brad Penny in his one start.

Brad Penny in 24 starts w/ the Red Sox never finished 6 innings. 16 of 24 starts he allowed 3+ runs. First start comes out flat out dominates with 8.0 innings and 0 runs on 5 hits.
In his last start in the AL Compared to the NL:
AL: 4 IP, 10 hits, 8R, 8 ER.
NL: 8 IP, 5 hits, 0 R, 0 ER.
John Smoltz in 8 starts with the Red Sox Smoltz allowed 5+ ER in 6 of his 8 starts. Hes COMBINED to allow 5 ER in 3 starts in the National League.
In his last 3 starts bin the AL compared to the NL:
AL: 14.1 IP, 26 hits, 20 R, 20 ER, 5 HR, 6 BB's, 11 K's.
NL: 17.0 IP, 13 hits, 5 R, 5 ER, 1 HR, 1 BB, 21 K's.

Give Penny his due for that game. It was at Philly, in a hitters' haven vs a lineup that's better than most AL teams by a good margin. Maybe he was just happy to be out of Boston.

Absolutely, they have a beastly lineup. I guess his next start will be a better indication when he gets the heavy hitting Padres lol. I wont be suprised if he throws a no hitter in that game.

Hmm but he pitches wi th manny, loney, kemp, either, furcal always behind him.

Lincecum has aaron rowand, pablo sandoval and bengie molina to rely on...

how much more pressure you think lincecum, cain, and the rest of the giants feel when they know its pretty unlikely the giants will score 3+ runs :P

game, set, get pwned up the butt :P
