No teams look at the winning % of a starting pitcher. Shelby Miller went 6-17 last year and brought in the biggest haul of any player traded this offseason.

Since Kazmir has come back to MLB he's been a decent pitcher again. He was out of the league for a while. Good to see him come back and be relevant again.

Looks like at least for Kazmir that he has had more success against righties lately so reverse splits in his case.
