You should figure out how many cards you can fit in each of the flat rate priority envelopes/boxes, and charge that way (obviously adding like a dollar or two for other packaging supplies like bubble wrap for boxes and tape).

I have got Phil Mason on the case. He does cost analysis for a living, so hopefully he can come up with a better process.

Hope so. You said you were mailing them out on the 3rd, Priority mail. Tomorrow makes 2 weeks since 'sent'.
