Being a UF grad, i wish they had gone with the old school 1988 Miami Marlins colors.

On a side note, how weird that they had a Jeff Allison before Jeffery Allison the flameout drug addict 1st rounder.

I don't like the logo..looks too minor league IMO.

Its really growing on me, in a while it will just look normal.

Ken Rosenthal just tweeted, (and announced on MLB.com) that the Miami Marlins have made SIGNIFICANT offers to BOTH Reyes & Pujols.

Oh man that would be sick.

To be honest, i've never been this excited.

Stanton is going to be a super star, Hanley has been until last year. Josh Johnson when healthy is a top 5 starter in the NL.

If they land one or two big Free Agents, its going to be exciting.

They sent out a lot of the ticket information last week and for a new stadium, its not all that expensive.

I'll be watching for sure. If payday was this week instead of next, I'd be down at Roger Dean Stadium tomorrow morning buying merchandise! I may go down anyway to take a look. They're also unveiling the new signs, etc. at Roger Dean. I guess the crew there has been busy, new colors and logo for the Marlins, and adding a new year to the Cardinals World Champions signs.

I'm really lookng forward to next season no matter who they wind up signing. Of course they're not going to sign everyone that they're rumored to be talking to, but just one or two of those guys will make it pretty exciting.

I am so tempted to buy the 20 game ticket plan, but with the stadium a little over 100 miles away from home it doesn't seem like the smartest thing to do. Probably will wind up doing it anyway.
