Hosmer has now played in 3 games in AA.

And he's now gone yard in all 3 of them.

Delgado was real sharp tonight and great to see a low # of walks. Now imo wins and losses in the minors is the most useless and over rated stat there is.

+1

Even Major League Win-Loss stat has no true indication of how well a pitcher did.

"Trade him while he still has value! Time is running out!"

Prince has caught fire, homering in each of his last 3 games.

Now leads the NL in HR's at 23.

Since when was he demoted to the minor leagues??

Anyway, Mike Trout 1-1 with his first High A Double!

Planets must be aligned correctly...Donavan Tate is back in the lineup tonight.

Hey, he could still get hurt in batting practice before the game starts.
Well he walked in his first AB, so I thought he was going to take it easy...but then he stole a base - he's pressing his luck.

Wilin Rosario with a bomb (15). Have I ever mentioned this kid is going to be a stud?

His stat line..

.280 AVG .332 OBP .848 OPS .516 SLG 15 HR

Lets compare that to Jesus Montero stats in Double AA last year.

.316 AVG .370 OBP .909 OPS .539 SLG 9 HR

Did I mention that Rosario has a cannon for an arm (His 40% CS rate is a testament to that) and will most likely stay behind the plate and not to move to the DH spot like Montero? Its going to be fun to watch this kid hitin big flys and throwin guys out in Colorado.

In my opinion, Rosario is at if not above Montero's level if you consider the entire package.

Montero was 19 in AA last year.
