Anyone see C.Luebke pitched a gem lastnight? He went:

8ip, 5h, 2R, 0HR, 2BB, 8K's, 2.25ERA, & got the "W"!!!

I'm really liking what the Padres minor league organization does with thier SP prospect's (Kluber & Luebke are definitely product's of the training system)! :D

In today's game Michael Taylor went 1-for-2, 2B, 2BB's...

Not quite a Lamb-like start this time, but he still didn't walk anyone. 4 IP, 7 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 0 BB, 5 K

Shelby Miller was impressive again. 6 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 5 K

He's not going to have any problem with major league pitching. Look at his K/BB numbers. The only thing in his way right now are the Royals. He'll make a splash eventually. Being 26 doesn't really mean much anymore. A lot of the players in the bigs who were rushed up are now breaking out at these ages.

We'll he has had a taste of the MLB and hit well.....he's no Brandon Wood. ;)

They need to call him up for good, he is entering his prime years!

Pretty decent debut for Wily Peralta at double-A Huntsville
6.0IP 6H 1R 1ER 4BB 5K
