Misprint? Looking for help/info

So I came across a older Martinez card and if you look on the back it has the St. Louis Cardinals mascot and on the front it also says cardinals... is that typical?

Was confused first of all I never knew he was a cardinal, and the 2001 across the back misled me

In that particular set it was looking back at a past card, that one was Tino's 2001 Upper Deck card so it says "2001" on it. Frank Thomas's card pictures his 1992 Upper deck card so it says "1992" on it, and so on.

I have a different 2002 Tino relic that even pictures him in a Cards uni but the swatch has a Yankee Pinstripe. I'll try to remember to add a pic of it this evening.
