need cattle prod to get 15 /13 year olds to MOVE .. BUT i didn't like my walks to school ---they get to RIDE twenty miles away .
I would walk by the candy store ---penny candy buy 5 sell three to make money . All schools had those stores nearby . THINK 10 CENT hamburgers at places / SIX cent small coke bottle .

Doing great! They have stayed put this Summer. Afraid of catching the virus. Hiding out at a small campground here in Missouri. I've seen them a couple times. Hopefully going to see them this coming weekend.

Afternoon all. Jayme had students back on Friday. We didn't do much over the weekend. I did get in my lot of Twins memorabilia. After looking through it, I'll probably be keeping 4-5 pieces for myself while flipping the rest to other Twins collectors. Looked at the shipping label, and the guy paid about $45 to ship everything while I only paid $125 for the lot.

Same, but November. My son was looking forward to starting 7th grade.

Ugh, we are supposed to start August 31st, with a hybrid schedule, Monday and Tuesday school, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday virtual...but my son is supposed to start kindergarten...and orientation is virtual...so is meeting the teacher...we really aren’t liking this

I feel bad for young kids trying to go through virtual school. That’s tough.

I wouldn't want to do it. Kid's are much better at computers. I'm not. I'm old.
