Reason I was asking about Chem was I'm taking a basic Chem class, but it's with a difficult professor.

I'll probably have to end up teaching myself the material (as well as get help from various places around the school, of course).

Just pulled the trigger on a 2013 tier one relic auto of griffey.. Told myself I was staying away from anything without it being live in case it was sticker, but seller had it at 100 obo.. Got it for $85

Went through the same thing my first semester of school. I ended up teaching myself, and found going to class was useless considering he didn't teach us anything. He wouldn't go into detail regarding anything. If the chapter contained some problems using math, he would give us one example of each problem we may have to do, and then it was up to us to learn everything else on our own

Was at Walmart this evening and checked out what cards they have. For baseball there were three 2013 Topps S2 hanger boxes, one rack pack, and two blasters. Also two rack packs of 2012 Ginter. Oh, and a box of those cube things ("Collect all 75!" Not for $3 apiece!).

Tons of hockey and tons of 2013 Topps football.

Oh the woes of being a baseball collector in Canada! I doubt there will be any new baseball until 2014 Topps.

Yup, that's what's happening here. The professor isn't really "teaching" us much.

My book isn't "perfect" either (doesn't really explain the math) but I've learned more from a few hours of reading than I did from 2 weeks of class:benson:

BDPP I assume will come out in December some time.

I like the concept of Topps Qubi, but putting 1 Qube in a pack for $3 is not really worth it IMO.

Phew.. Got about half of my study questions done. I decided to redo them all to make sure I have concepts down and things.

I also got some good news today, the rental company is ready for me to move in (pending some last minute stuff).
