BIN's are being hit left and right, but this one is probably the most impressive so far.

Just a pure guess, but I would say $500 right now. Another guess, but if he starts off hot similar to Lawrie or Jennings, it wouldn't surprise me at all to see a Contenders go for 4 figures.

I'm curious as well. I've felt for a while that the Contenders would not hold their value over the long run, and I am curious to see if my assessment was accurate. (For those holding the cards, I hope it wasn't, but I imagined that if a player like Montero "blew up" it would be the Chrome's that saw the biggest jumps.)

Jobs mania was pretty good though.

Just sold a PSA 10 xfractor for $330 (much thanks to JVC) for submitting that for me.

I sold a damaged one on ebay (dinged corner, fully disclosed in listing) back in Feb for $127.50. I'm sure this is just the start though, after today's performance.

This auction is insane. It would have struggled to get a bid at $9.99 last week. Base cards even when there is an auto in the same set can still yield some strong returns.
