Joe is doing much better today. Blood pressure, heart rate, everything is good. The doctor said he can go home today, probably around 4-5 pm. He's up walking around right now. His nurse is walking him around the ICU and he's got a big smile on his face. This has been hell, but it was caught soon enough that he's still with us and that he can make the necessary changes to still lead a long, healthy life. Thank you all for the thoughts, prayers, and well wishes. It really means a lot to both of us.

Woohoo!!! Happy for you guys. Way to keep it movin, Joe! Crystal, thanks a ton for keeping us informed and on top of everything. My family and I are thinking about the both of you today. Be well and best of wishes!!

I mean, I was shocked to learn that the Reds had the second best record in the NL, but Joe's excitement took it to a completely different level.

But seriously, thanks for the updates Crystal and get better Joe.

Great minds think alike ? This is what I posted yesterday on Joe's Facebook:

"Jesus Joe ! I didn't think Dunn's avg would send you to the hospital ! I know he's not a Red anymore, but Jesus, don't get THAT worked up over it. Hopefully all works out for you and Theresa's and my prayers are with you and Crystal as you recover. LMK if you need anything !"

So glad to hear Joe is doing alright! He is truly one of my favorite people on here. Now both of you get some rest and take it easy for a few days.

Hey folks. It's actually me responding for a change.

I got home from the hospital a little bit ago. I'm sore and tired, but I'm doing great. I got a second chance, so watch the XXXX out!

My main blood vessel was 100% blocked. They called it the LAD. The surgeon said its nickname is the "widow maker". I have another artery on the left that is 90% blocked and one on the right that is 63% blocked. I get a stint put in the one on the left June 20th.

I cannot thank you all enough for the support, prayers, thoughts, and well wishes. It truly means a lot.

I hate to cut it short, but I didn't get a lot of sleep in the hospital. Lots of poking and prodding. I'll try to stop in tomorrow. Thank you all again!

You are still in my prayers Joe - thank God you are home and doing better! I noticed that BP gave you a mention on Twitter - very nice of him.
