The story (abbreviated):
Card listed, as described fully with damage to the card.
Buyer makes offer, I accept. They then email and say their son bought the card, but they will still buy it. Then they want a certain amount back for the card, since it has damage.
Before I can respond, they pay and I mail out the card. Bad weather here cause loss of power and life issues. I tell the seller about this, from my only method (bberry).
Today, the card comes back to me and I tell the seller. I offer them two choices - card sent again or full refund. They choose option #2, refund, which I promptly do for them.
Then, I get negative feedback and the buyer says to call them. I call them and they tell me they had to leave the negative because they don't owe me nothing. I'm a liar and a BS artist, so it's only fitting.
So, people, block this buyer because they were completely vindictive and unreasonable, even after getting what they wanted. Sorry for the rant, just a little annoyed right now that eBay has no real protection for people trying to uphold the rules of selling and being completely honest as a seller.
I guess I'm the only one not getting this. If you sell me a damaged card and don't call it and I have to send it back for a refund I'm dropping you a negative and you deserve it.
Read the auction. The card is damaged and I stated so, very clearly.
I stated the exact damage a second time, after he said his son bought it without his knowledge, and he wanted $10 off the buy price.
He knew the card had damage all along, but his story about the card changed daily. He didn't want it. then he wanted it w/ a discount. Then he wanted it even more because he supposedly had a buyer for it.
Card was sent to him and the PO returned the package to me, not him. He was told of this and offered multiple options and chose a refund and still gave a neg.
Make sense now?
