It was one of two cards I wanted from Five Star (the other being the MLB logo auto). I missed out on the Mother's Day bat knob from '13 Tier One when I started seriously collecting him this summer. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in April '13, and luckily she beat it after surgery and a double mastectomy. This will hold a special place in my collection forever.

*the reason for the asterisk is sadly, the Triple Threads patch/AU rookie 1/1 is currently "lost." It was somehow delivered to the apartment I lived at 4 years ago, I've contacted the postmaster and the police, talked to the apartment manager, and gone over four times this weekend. No one can find her. I know for a fact that she got it from her mailbox.

Even if I find the TTT, I think this will forever be my favorite Stanton

Thumbs up for mom! Nice card too. I hate hearing those missing card stories. I hope it works out for you. Question, I'm not sure when bat knobs started but does Staton have any knob cards that say Mike Staton?

Great card Will and GL with finding the TTT...

Just wondering: Is the TTT the one you had some much PP trouble with?

No, I sold my Trout blue to buy this. The moron opened a claim like 14 hours after he paid. It should be delivered today, so I should see the money back in my account by the end of 2015

The Trout shows delivered today. PayPal is SUPER quick about taking my money...let's see how quick they are returning it.

As for the TTT Stanton, I finally got the lady to answer the door...by dressing up in maintenance scrubs. She looked like a methhead. After telling me she didn't get it (I know for a fact she did...just don't ask how), so I said I was gonna involve the cops. She shut the door in my face, so I called them. The cop was super helpful, he looked around her house and said she seems honest. She seemed honest after we both talked to her. Who knows. I told her if it happened to show up, I'll give her a $100 reward no questions asked. For her sake, I hope she's telling the truth. I did file a police report, so if it's sold I'll be able to get it back.

I was torn on whether or not to open a PP claim until I remembered I gave him an extra $60 for overnight shipping and $3k/ins. I know he's not technically at fault, but **** him. This wouldn't have happened if he would have spent the goddamned money I gave him on insurance. It would have had to have been signed for, and subsequently picked up by me or returned to him. I don't even want the money back, I want the card. I've been searching for it for 4 years.

Dude you paid for overnight shipping AND insurance, yes @#$% that, I'd open a case for sure, you covered yourself as much as possible that's crazy! Sorry to hear that man, I don't mess with high end stuff, thank God I don't, I'd be losing it.

But it was sent to your old address, so that means YOU messed this all up. I've had things sent to an old paypal address and each time it was MY fault. Own your mistake and hope that lady does the right thing and you get your card back!!!

that's begging to be signed in the upper left corner....I'd do it and wouldn't care what anyone said.
