Yea it was pretty surprising considering he had a pretty good year in '10.

I believe he said he didnt want to live out of his suitcase for 9 months out of the year. And he felt he was to old and would never reach the Majors.

Max is still pretty excited about pulling a 1/1 and he's keeping it. I did ask a few times if he wanted to sell it and he could get a Prince Fielder card or some Legos but he said no.
