Nice. Either you refocused or you are just running out of affordable autos to add?
A guy I had bought from previously was selling off some of his cards. And YES, I'm about out of affordable Yankee autographs that I need!!!!!!!

No offense to you, as you obtained this for a reason (cheap as you pointed out, perhaps? I'd probably even give a buck or 2 for it), but I kind of hate to see stuff like that. On one hand, the now deceased Skowron can't sign anymore and anything adds to what is available for collectors to enjoy, but at the time, WHY get such a beater signed to begin with? Perhaps it was the only card available in this instance, but man it's hardly better than a 3x5 or a bar napkin in that shape in my opinion.

To me it's a reminder of how we really treated cards as kids, with no regard to any future value. While I prefer nicer cards, this one is a nice reminder!

I get it and believe me, value isn't necessarily a thought, but with a card so worn, it is just a shame, almost a waste of a good autograph. I have a few of my own this way though. I guess it's better than nothing!
