Need a little advice

I was just given some old boxes of cards from my brother, already opened and he asked me to sell them.

There was
09 Bowman with Chrome
10 Bowman Draft
11 Draft (2 Blasters worth) No Trout
10 Platinum Castro and Strasburg seemed to be of note

How would you go about selling these? Or is there anything I can really do with them. Seems like a lot of junk to me. Take out the few names I know that might be worth $.25-.$50 each and make a lot?

I'd sell the auto's separate, you could probably move them here or on eBay. As for the rest, maybe make team lots or multiple team lots and sell that way? Or if there's not enough to make team lots, you could sell as "lot of 2012 Bowman Draft" and so on.

As for the value of the DeShields auto, try looking on ebay completed listing for it and that should give you a general idea. Is there a print run on the back, like ***/500? Or upload a picture of it and I'm sure someone will help out.

Its an Orange refractor. Its very clean, centered and all around great looking. Think I am gonna hold it for now. But the other cards I feel like there just isn't anything in there and shipping alone would kill it as a lot. I actually have probably 5,000 bowman cards from 2007 to 2012 I would love to get rid. Just wanted to do these cards separate because they are someone elses.

Its my brothers. He use to be an avid collector. Understand the idea of prospecting and I have talked to him about it. So yes I am going to hold. Thanks for your input.

If you're going to hang on to the DeShields auto, you should send it off for grading. Looks decent enough, should grade very well!

As for the 5000 or so, if you want to move them and be done with it, you could sell the an entire lot - throw it in a flat rate box and come up with a price. You won't make much on it but I'm sure someone will will take it. I've seen people move medium flat rates of base (big names taken out) for around $40-50.
