Receive Michael Turner, Atl RB from vonderscher to Bench
Receive Steve Smith, Car WR from vonderscher to Bench
Receive Nate Burleson, Sea WR from vonderscher to Bench

Here is what my team looks like right now:

I gave up on Forte and dumped him for Mendenhall and Steve Smith. The Bears offense is pass first now. The single digit fantasy points were killing me.

Thanks for your comments.

AKACoastal-So, do you think the trade will be wise? I already have Mendy starting, too.

I would say dump Forte since the bears are not going to establish a running game since they have Jay throwing Culter.

As for Mendenahll, as soon as he goes south the Steelers are going to change Running backs so for me
I would get rid of those 2 now and get a better running back and a better back-up.

I'm stuck with Forte too
Turner would def. be an upgrade - and the TB/Buf. combination he faces the final two games could potentially win you the championship if you make it that far...so that's a big plus.

Only question I have is does the other team have anyone other than Smith that could potentially help your team? If there was, I would pull the trigger, because as it stands it just seems you're trading one frustration (Forte) for another potential headache (the way Smith's season has gone).

hey why is this guy 0-6 Team Gallanty does he not set his team?
I would go make some trades with him and get one of his guys as a back-up RB

LOL. He tries really hard but fails all the time. He sets his team every single week.

Mendenhall has been great so far. Do you really see them going back to Willie Parker if he has a rough game? Forte has just been a mess. The only good game he's had this season was against the Lions. Other than that he has been awful. Steve Smith (carolina) is going to come around. He's a #1 WR and people are dumping him for pennys on the dollar. I'll leave him on my bench until he gets his trade value up.

True. I'm just not sure he'd accept it. He said that he would NEVER move Turner, but he's moving him in this trade.

Agreed. I also doubt Forte will get back to last year's form.

Anyone pick up Larry Johnson off the waiver just as a fill in for a bye this week? Seems like a good matchup for him.

I'm trying to squeeze Mendenhal in my lineup ,but I have Benson, Brown, Larry Johnson, and Eli Manning in my OP spot. If I do anything it will be move Mendenhall in LJ's spot.

Aka not really but seems the Steelers are struggling at times in some games, so I would not put it pass them.

IMO, you should start Mendenhall over Johnson.

Yea, I was thinking the same thing. If the Chiefs get down they will have to go to the passing game and LJ wont do squat.

Thoughts on playing Manningham and Steve Smith (giants) together? I've got Steve Smith and Collie on the bench.

Who would you be playing instead of Steve Smith?

Keep it as is, IMO. I have a feeling the Giants may score a lot Vs. the Cardinal secondary.
