I say list it and see if it comes out of the woodwork. Yeah, you risk overpaying, but otherwise it may NEVER show up.

Depends how bad you need/want it. If you're willing to overpay a bit list, but if you're looking to get it at a bargain you'd have to wait.

I had a bad experience one time, I was looking for a rare Mazeroski item and posted it on PSA and someone contacted me with the item I was looking for but wanted about 3X more than it was worth. I declined and he basically stalked me for 2 months about it.

He basically he admitted to buying the item just to sell to me because he figured I would pay whatever it took to get it and now he felt stuck with it.

I want it for sure but I don't have the funds to pay 2 to 3X more than its worth.
