You fracking posters that are saying you are going to block the buyer are losers. The seller didn't describe the creases and and you are faulting the buyer for noting it??? A-fracking-mazing!!!

Did you actually see the auction link? The scan?

He did not describe it as cardboard eithor but low and behold...

Right here:

And you can search the OP's feedback history through eBay to find it was cubnut.

Okay, I didn't even notice it was cubnut. Even though cubnut is a tool that I have had a problem with in the past, he didn't do anything in this instance to deserve a lowered DSR. That said, karma is a bitch and cubnut is getting what he deserves. I still think the OP is in the wrong about the situation. The funny thing is, I have had cubnut blocked for about a year or two now... lol.

I actually think the bolded part is hilarious... lol. And I also think the pointless post is calling people who want to protect their eBay accounts from hyper nit-picky buyers, "losers".

Funny, I actually thought the same when I first read yours. However, I refrained from being childishly rude despite that. I see you chose otherwise. Good job.

Creases in the card plan and simple. Not described plan and simple. If the shoe is on the other foot you all would be crying also. Just cause you don't like the poster you bash him. I stick but my ******* loser call.

id seriously like to know how ONE sale can "destroy" this sellers DSR?

It can't and I'm guessing the OP didn't kill his DSR's because looking at his feedback he claims that with everyone. So either the guy is a liar or he has no DSRs left because everyone "killed them".

A bit harsh stan, to call us all losers for disagreeing with you. The creases were plain as day and he won the card for dirt cheap. Personally I wouldn't cry over $4 or whatever it was, so you are wrong about that.

Wow... reality has passed RIGHT on by you.

I don't dislike the OP, I just don't like the way he handled this eBay situation... HUGE difference. And look, I didn't even have to call him any insulting names.

Are you trying to avoid this FACT, or are you really this anal?

This point has seemed to escape a lot of others. Not all but many. I see it as a case of two wrongs.

If you're going to make this a poll, you need to re-post the scans in the auction that CLEARLY showed the creases.

The auction is at the top of the original post.

cubnut is a tool that EVERYONE should block, but that doesn't make what the OP did right.

Auction is question. his DSRs are still good.... Shipping and Handeling charges is 4.7.... but 1 of 322 wouldnt lower it much at all.... so that was already an issue.

You're wrong. 1 feedback can, has and will effect peoples feedback if they only do a small amount of transactions a month(he's only done 60). 322 isn't the number you should be looking at. It's the 60 he's done in the last month that will decide the % he gets back. As for the original post, I agree that you probably should have just let it go.

I know when I purchase cards I look over the description given by the seller, I look at the scan, and I ask questions if I have any. Having said that I think a buyer has a certain amount of responsibility to protect his/her own interest. If you are not comfortable with an auction don't buy it. In this situation the scan does show the creases in the card so that should not have been a surprise when you received it. Finally it's .99, really all this over .99? It almost looks as if you set the seller up cause you could see the creases but he failed to mention them and you wanted to teach a lesson.

Sorry if any of you that said you were going block the op took offense to the loser comment but to say you are going to block him for giving his opinion on the transaction is ridiculous. I would have done the same damn thing. With that said block me also for having the same opinion.

I'm blocking him b/c if I list a 48 Musial bowman rookie that is clearly bent in half and I just say "you're bidding on the card in the scan" and he wins it for .99cents seems like he's going to bitch and moan about it. Are you saying you would too? I find that hard to believe.
