Not to be a dork, but it would have been cool to see a few Civil War related cuts, with the 50th anniversary of the Civil War this year. I have missed out on that Grant/Lee Upper Deck cut now twice, and there needs to be another out there for me to get!

I love living in 1911.

Oh, wait.. you meant 150!

;-)

I was thinking the same thing :D I do agree that more civil war cuts would be nice.

Can someone please explain this to me?

When BG does this, it's brilliant.

When UD does this (most likely in higher quality) people fall all over themselves to **** all over it.

discuss.

No doubt it'll be an awesome product in some ways. I would just never buy a pack - but would probably buy singles. If it makes you feel better, I'm not sold on the other guy, either.

It's like buying two boxes from recent years Legendary Cuts and getting the cut, minus the Schmidt or Papelbon jerseys from the other box.I'm glad the damn Mystery Cuts are finally gone too(no more 11 month wait for a Doris Day /88. I hope the cuts have photos of the person on them but I doubt it.

I know people hate UD, but the hobby needs some variety for people that aren't prospectors or set builders. I'm happy to see them back...well, kinda back.
