My possibly missing card arrived as i had hoped. Ebay claimed delivered 7/25, actually delivered 7/27. Another of those interesting trade cards from the 90s.


Finally got one of these. the players are absolute nobodies, but the set is very popular apparently. Still would like to get a Wheelock and a Braun. I don't recall seeing any others, but i should check and see. Don't really care about the Blue Jays from the same set. Glenn Abbott.

I collect this set, currently have 204 out of 250 in a binder......the question is, do I crack the slab to binder this one? Quick online research says yes, crack a 7 because the value in this case is the same as the raw card. Thoughts anyone?

I'd crack it. Just be careful when you release the card from PSA prison.

TYA and Alvin Lee are very under appreciated. I recall using a few of their albums as frisbees when I was a kid before I realized how good they were. Ride My Train by Lee was a great "lost" song that I only recently discovered not that long ago.

After a long drought, I finally nabbed a new patch along with a few more dupes. Keith Hernandez officially crosses one off the list. I suspect that this is probably as close to a set as I will get, unless I get extremely lucky. I did with Ryan, so it could happen, but I still need Schmidt, Brett and a few others that will sell strongly if they ever even show up. The more common players i don't have are clearly hrd to find despite their lesser player status, so i don't expect to just find any of those either. Part of why I gave up set building for the most part.

The Hampton is /50.

I post about why I can't find a Pryor for a reasonable price and one pops up at a low starting bid and ended where all of his cards should! i;ll keep an eye open for a raider card showing his as a QB, but for now this will suffice.
