Can we disable sounds by default just in case I log in from somewhere where I don't have it disabled, and someone decides it'll be funny to test every sound on the board? Also, guest account >:-[

I know, but I use many different machines. I'd like to be able to occasionally jump in chat and not be bombarded by Miggy spamming sounds because I forgot to set the option on that machine.

It won't let me login do to one of two things...my name having two too many characters (as it won't allow me to type a username past '200lhockeyplay' or because I'm a ****** and disallowed from joining chat.

Maybe it was set up so ****** bags with exceedingly long names were not allowed to join chat?
