For the record, no one had 5 squares featuring their team (The Bills card is the closest with 3).

Therefore, I am increasing each column's prize value by $10 to offset the $50 I had allocated for the "5 free spaces" prizes.

Now, the first 4 columns are worth $35 each, and the wild card column is worth $60.

This is my first year doing this. If I'm reading correct, I marked off 7 spaces this first week. Is that good for a week?

7 squares would be a terrific start. To make sure you're on the right track, do you mind if I confirm your squares? Just let me know which ones you think you have crossed off so far.

Thanks.

These ones should be good, I think:
Wk 1
Oakland & opp - Leading passers combine for 75+ passes (Palmer 46/Rivers 33)
Washington - Leading rusher 25+ carries (A.Morris 28)
Cincinnati & opp - Leading rushers combine for 3 TDs (Green-Ellis 1/Rice 2)
Philadelphia & opp - Leading Receivers combine for 1 TD (Maclin 1/Massaquoi 0)
Houston - Leading Receiver 8-9 passes caught (Andre Johnson 8)
Cleveland & opp - Combine for 31-38 pts (Cleveland 16/Philadelphia 17)
Packers & Browns both lose - (Both lost)

Wk 2
Chicago - Leading Rusher 0 TDs (Bush 0)
Miami - Leading Rusher 2+ TDs (R. Bush 2)
Big Apple Combo - Giants Win, Jets Lose

Wk 3
Carolina - 4+ Turnovers
New Orleans & opp - Leading Recevers combine for 1 TD (Moore 1/Bowe 0)
Houston & opp - Leading Passers Combine for 550+ yards (Schaub 290/P.Manning 330)

Current squares done:
2 Passing
4 Rushing (NEED: Minn & opp Leading rushers 4+ TDs)
3 Receiving
2 Team
2 Wildcard

I'll edit this thread per week.

Week 1
Passing
Panthers Leading Passer 1 TD (Newton, 1)
Rams Leading Passer 25-32 Passes (Bradford, 17/25)

Rushing
Steelers & Opp Leading Rushers Combine for 101-130 Yards (Dwyer, 43 + McGahee, 64, = 107)

Receiving
Seahawks Leading Receiver 0-5 Passes Caught (Edwards, 5)
Seahawks Leading Receiver 0 TD (Edwards, 0)
Colts Leading Receiver 8-9 Passes Caught (Wayne, 9)

6 on week 1 with some close calls (NE rusher only needed 6 more yards, and I never thought I'd see that day!). This sh!t is fun!

Since Bears play Pack tonight, they can't both lose by 7
GB may lose again though, and I have them at a loss of 1-6 points! :D

Week 2
Rushing
PHI Leading Rusher 25+ Carries (McCoy, 25)

Team
TB & Opp Both Score in Q1 (TB, 3 & NYG, 6)

Wild Card
Battle of the Mississippi: STL Wins, NO Loses (Week 2)

Second one crossed off today... third tomorrow if the Broncos lose.

@thefatguy - I don't think you can cross off the Four Score one... I think it's any 2 of the 4 teams listed have to score 35+ points each, not combined.
I could be wrong, though.

Good catch, frazzles. Yes, he has to have any two teams score 35+ points each.

I haven't posted any of mine yet, but work has had me busy.

Going over my card, this is what I crossed off by week:

Week 1:

Bears and Opp. Both score 21+ (Team)
Bills and Opp. leading passers combine for 401-475 yds (Pass)
Bears 21-40 yds more than opp. rushing (Rush)

Week 2:

Bengals leading rusher 21-40 yards less than Opp. (Rush)
Patriots leading receiver 76-99 yards (Rec)
Redskins and opp. combin for 4 TO's (Team)

Week 3:

Jaguars win, Lions lose (Wild Card)
49ers leading rusher 21-40 yds less than Opp. (Rush)
vikings leading receiver 8-9 receptions (Pass)

So, not terrible, but not great. Seems like I have some pretty impossible ones (Saints + opponent combine for 250 or less passing yards?), but maybe I can lock into the last two rushing I need and take that lane :D
