Nice Topps Mega blaster Bortles

I cracked one of those mega blasters with 7 packs + 2 hobby Valor packs and pulled a Blake Bortles auto. Pretty wild, hadn't seen this before. Is Valor even out yet?

What store carries these and was it 7 Topps packs plus the 2 Valor? What was the price so I can look for them...Congrats!
