Those who remember Zito from his Oakland days know that his curve was incredible. He's been great for the last few months and maybe he's recaptured some of the old magic. It would be nice. (And if Mulder can come back...well one can dream.)

i don't recall anyone hitting zitos curve lol. and it doesn't matter he still everyone swings and misses or just gets called out on strikes. It has way more break :P

Zito is finally locating it again.. thats the key. for the last couple seasons his control has been terrible and with the weak fastball he posesses makes him a BP pitcher basically without the curve.

Maybe. But that's just more evidence of how good Zito's curve is because he doesn't have a fastball.

Zito has been lights out lately. As someone else said, his control/location is a big key.
