If Toronto signs Norris and Stilson in the 2nd/3rd round it's like 2 additional 1st round picks. Tip of the cap to the Blue Jays.

I don't mind them taking a flyer on Stilson, especially due to the bonuses they're likely handing out ahead of him. But projecting Stilson as a 1st round pick after labrum surgery is risky business. His days of starting are likely over.
