% of Lineage Venezuelan with front foil damage?

Im 10/10 on 2010 Topps Lineage Venezuelan backs, all have foil missing on front name. All bought from same Target over last few months. Is this a regional error or common throughout the product? At least it makes it easy for me to tell them apart, I see the foil missing and bam a Venezuelan back. A win win, lose lose. None of the other Lineage have this problem only the Venezuelan backs. Appears to be a pretty condition sensitve insert. Comments appreciated.

I've pulled a handful of the Venezuelans, and none have any foil issues. I won't be pulling anymore, since my already low expectation of Lineage weren't met. God what a piece of crap that set is.
