yeah it does suck I'm glad my 2 cards went to a good home but the purpose was to get this thing going again and it failed, and my cards went bye bye along with this thread.

Clearly everyone has an axe to grind with TTM and what he did... I think he is thief and a waste of life.
Let's be honest though, he is GONE. He joined less than a year ago... has less than 300 posts... hasn't posted since this happened even though he logged in as recent as yesterday! He took the cards and probably packed it up. If I'm a betting man, he won't reply to PMs, could care less about FCB negative bombs on his profile, etc.
This is extremely unfortunate but just seems like a waste of energy to give this idiot any attention or think we'll get the cards back.

I can't recall... Which card did TTM claim/take again and what was the value? Also, he didn't put anything else up correct; so essentially just took the item up in the PIF thread and then vanished?
Anyways, I am not educated enough when it comes to law suits or pressing charges but who would you call or where would you file a law suit? The PD of the city his address is? Sorry but I doubt the local PD of his city would give a damn... let's be honest, the story would go something like this "Hi Officer, I wanted to file a law suit (or press charges) against a member of your city who's name is [NAME HERE] and his mailing adress is [ADDRESS HERE]. I am a member of an online sportscard forum called Freedom Card Board and [NAME HERE] claimed a card in a pay-it-forward thread and never put anything else up for another member to claim. He is a thief and we're not happy about it. We want to press charges and/or file a law suit."
Listen, I think TTM is a thief and should be banned forever from this site and if you're a member anywhere else, warn people and try to ge him banned there too! As for spending time, energy, brain cells, etc. trying to track him down, get the card(s) back, get money back, get him arrested, press charges, go to court, etc. - I think that's a waste of time. If someone knows this clown, then maybe that person should personally confront him as a "friend" or just someone who actually knows him. He offered up a Mat Latos autograph, appropriately got reamed and told to put it in the freebie thread, and never was heard from again. If he actually gave the card away or offered to in the Free to a Good Home thread, please let me know.

If you look, he actually only posted the Latos in the pay it forward discussion thread. He was told that it needed to be posted in the free to a good home thread, but he never posted it there.
I know that I have seen it confirmed that TTM was strasburgmania and this was supposed to be his chance to rehabilitate himself. I am sorry to see him fail miserably.

That dude needs to be banned. PERIOD. he is bad for the boards and morale around here. We are just getting it picked up and going then something like this happens. This kid is bad news. Unless he is the son of someone important, he needs to be gone for good.
