Is Gwynn not commanding a lot of money in the card world these days? I guess he has so much product out there. I'm assuming all the other Gwynn collectors went with other cards around this time allowing me to get those for cheap? Or maybe it's because most of the die hards already have those lol

Love those brown unis. I hope the new owners go back to these. How many do you have from this set? I'm only up to 3.

Thats amazing! How do you organize your Gwynn cards? I have all my gu, autos and 1/1 cards in a two row shoe box in no particular order. All my base and inserts are in a binder by year. My shoe box is almost full now. I'm thinking about reorganizing by autos, patches and regular gu (jersey, bat and base) by year. I'm also thinking about moving the rare inserts and numbered stuff to it's own binder. I've also thought about keeping the gu and autos together and keeping them organized by year and set. What do you think?

I have all the cheaper stuff in binders, once was organized a long time ago by year, but the last two binders are random, so it would take a while to shift and move cards, I doubt I'll ever do that. I wished that I left spaces for cards on my checklist. My advice for anyone startign out is to do that! Then I would have a small section of random, non-Beckett cards.
The rest of my cards are in soft/hard sleeves or in screw downs. 3-row monster boxes. Separated with a note card by year.
My biggest problem was that I had a section of "2005 and above" which I never re-organized. So the last seven years are mixed up together! ::facepalm::

Needless to say, I am far less organized than I want to be, but I enjoy pulling boxes out and looking through them, so it hasn't been a huge deal.

I can't find much info on this. It is not listed with the others, and I have in my notes that it is short printed, but I have no idea beyond that.

Looks like only 8 players were in the set, not much info about them.

I'm shifting my collecting focus back to Gwynn auto and gu cards as of today. :)

Took me about 2 hours but I finally sorted my Gwynn gu and auto collection by year and brand. Wow, wish I would have done that from the start. I keep a list of every thing I have and found two GU cards I didn't have listed. I also found a Topps Sterling auto that isn't in Beckett's database.
