Not 90's but player collectors may want to check in on COMC as they recently listed a ton of 40-man Electric cards (no HUGE names but there are Walkers and a bunch of others), there's also a slew of Platinum Medallions all at reasonable prices

Thanked. I was able to pick up both the Walkers for $3 each. :D

I decided to buy some more of the sportkings cards. One of them I bought was the one advertised as the gold (#/3). I hesitated because a) it's sportkings and b) you can't see the difference on the front and had never seen the back of one.

Sure enough it was the gold, but the only way you can tell is the number 186 is replaced on the back.

This is just an FYI if anybody else is looking for these.

Ah dude, this was meant for the McGwire collectors thread...sorry about the mispost

Got a few cards in today. Anyone seen a Crusade like this?

Very interesting, I wonder if there is another set of XX crusades out there. The first I have seen. Other cards from that time frame were made like that however, some studio cards come to mind. Nice pickup!!

I saw one of the *** Crusades on COMC, still there actually. I figured it may have been after market since I've seen quite a few missing serial numbers, but never ***. Still a cool variation. Just not sure if its one of those "Executive Samples" or not. Would love to have someone investigate it further, although I doubt there are too many floating around, so I doubt it would matter much.

All of the missing serial number Crusades have been from the R&S set (101-130). I have yet to come across one from the main set missing a serial number.
