Randomly inserted in magazine packs at the rate of one in 29, this 18-card set features baseball's best players pictured against their city's skyline and printed on clear plastic stock. The backs carry the same player portrait with information about the player and the city printed below.


1:29 doesn't seem that rare to me, but idk anything about the magazine packs.

hes a true collector and already said not to peel. sorry cant get off high horse when it comes to this. another analogy to consider: action figures, hot wheels, etc are technically toys, but collectors dont open them out of the packages and display them, they leave them the original way!!!!!!!!!!!
