love that set, have you gotten any of the back door ones?
Yep I have a Legacy Row 0 Helton back door card. As far as I can tell the rest of the ones I own are legit. P.S. - Those Legacies of Bichette and Young are serial # = jersey # cards. Also just found a stack of non-Rockies players serial #ed firsts/lasts/and jersey #s - will get scans up in the next few days and posted here! McGwire, Chipper, and Bernie Williams are the top few cards...love that set, have you gotten any of the back door ones?

It's a little early for my birthday, but if anyone wants to help me celebrate, this would be a good starting point!![]()
Uhhmmm, whoever seems to be selling uncut proofs on ebay needs to stop drinking as much when they take the scissors to the uncut sheets to make these "uncut player proofs". I got a Bagwell/Todd Helton out of a topps product and either the person who did the cutting was drunk or a 3 year old. It's the last one I touched or will touch.
Cant imagine what you are talking about... You realize that this stuff is backdoored or garbage, or leftover scraps, I am not sure why you'd expect precise cutting. Are you thinking that the guy selling it randomly cut crooked lines? Are you thinking that the seller is picking and choosing how they're cut up?Uhhmmm, whoever seems to be selling uncut proofs on ebay needs to stop drinking as much when they take the scissors to the uncut sheets to make these "uncut player proofs". Not much to smell here...I don't think there's any debate that these are backdoored, garbage, and/or scraps...whether he has 5 of each, 10 of each or 100. I think we are safe to assume he is not currently printing these...Yea these things are shaddy. I messages the dude and he had tons of these things. He told me he has like multiple Belle ones lol. Like no rush, he just keeps selling one and reposting another for $25 BIN. No thanks. Doesn't smell right.
!
Have you noticed the intricate cuts on these? I am sure someone could do it, but it would be a lengthy process and hardly worth $10-$20 an Illuminator star would go for. This brings up an entire new though and topic. How about people just cutting them?! Why not? It's scary. I, like most player collectors, needs their guy for the harder of the three versions and I'm sure I'll get screwed and but a copy that someone cut themselves from this joker.
Do those panels say "sample" on them? What is stopping guys from doing it?
