It's all about the population report. I bet all of those have very few graded higher. Probably just keys to the set builders. Seems like the seller knows exactly what he's doing.

Yep, there has yet to be a PSA 10 B. Williams Refractor. i would say that the first one has a good shot of selling for more then $5,000

I have been offer a nice price if I can grade a 10. I have subbed 50+ Williams cards, some several times and nada......the new 9 prices make me sick compared to what I have sold cards previous.
