This is such an awesome thread, I hate when it's slow. My favorite on the entire web site. I love seeing guys collect Greer, Buhner, Griffey, Bagwell etc etc I think it's awesome to see people collect the guys i grew up watching. Love seeing all the cool different cards I couldn't afford as a kid. :mrgreen:

Things will pick up for me this week as I have a lot of mail coming in, but then it'll be dead for awhile. I don't even think I have anything on my watch list right now. I'm also flying back to the west coast, but the M's won't be in town when I'm in Seattle. Bummer. If COMC runs another shipping special then I'd have a BIG mailday :mrgreen:

Really sweet cards here lately! I've been MIA for a bit but have been slammed with all this new Belle cardboard hitting recently. I did however get some nice 90s inserts last week and will have to load up here soon.

I personally enjoy seeing the Caminiti cards. Since Bags and Cam were such good buddies, I took an interest in him as well, but nowhere near to the extent of my Bagwell collection.

Plus its cool to see someone get super close to getting all the cards of a player. I'll never reach that, but somehow, I keep buying cards anyways.

To bad you can't pick up the cards yourself from comc while in WA. That would be cool.

What new Belle stuff is coming out? I picked up some nice Gwynn stuff from 2012 tribute, i'll post them in the Gwynn thread when they all get here.

I figured the Astros fans would love seeing the cammy cards since most seem to love him. Sorry about the 98 playoffs : )

Well, Belle was literally "dead" to the hobby since 2001 when his last cards came out with him in a Baltimore uni... fast forward 10 years to 2011 and all the sudden Belle pops up in Topps Tribute and every Belle collector goes :shock: including me. I mostly went ::facepalm:: at the idea of how much chedda this is going to cost me to keep up... and it has.

So the long story short is he has been showing up in mostly all new Topps product last year and this year so far. He hasn't had anything super rare like booklets or bat knobs, etc. but a bunch of 1/1s and all the typical new age cardboard stuff.

Sometimes it can be annoying but mostly pretty cool because it keeps me active in the collecting world and does have me paying attention to new cardboard and buying some new product from time to time.

To this point, I think that would be great too but considering I've been stuck at ~80% for a LONG time, I find this feat extremely difficult... it is what keeps me collecting though, fun to have it as a hobby

Pretty odd Belle shows up out of no where after 10 years. I think I do remember seeing some double relic cards of his in 2011 tribute. I wonder how Topps decides to bring a player back into the hobby.

It is nice to have almost all of your players cards but pretty impossible. There are only 10 Caminiti cards for sale out there that I don't have. That leaves me with 300 unavailable to go lol.

I really appreciate that you thought you were giving me business! But those were not my sales. My name on COMC is something else. I just happened to do a generic search and there they were - they had just been listed. I thought it was a funny coincidence considering you just asked to see some.
