when was the last time Bama beat a good team...try late September. They didn't even win their own division. You
can't sit on your ass and get into the championship game when other teams around you are making statements
against top 10 teams.

OK ST deserves the chance, nobody wants to see another boring SEC game especially for the Championship (except for SEC fans which most of the country is not)...Just think how good of a Playoff's it would be if only the NCAA/BCS wasn't a MONEY GRUBBING Machine and actually cared about the fans and college football.

How does a team that didn't win their division in their conference get to play for the championship? Didn't they implement a "Nebraska" rule after 01? And how much does the location of the game weigh on the game itself?

Why are people bitching? LSU and Alabama are the 2 best teams in the country, period. Who cares if they already played and who cares how the game was played. Both teams played conservatively in the first game, neither team wanted to play risky and it showed in the style of play. The NC game will be a COMPLETELY different game (style wise) than the first. It's going to be a great game.
