8-0! 8-0! 8-0! 8-0!

First inning was a gem

Wish all 5 were like that

He was hitting 97 on his fastball....though he is usually a slow starter (like ever other Red Sox on the team, lol! So I'm not too worried...)

Didn't the Red Sox sweep the first 2 series last year? How did that turn out? That's right the 27th ring for the second greatest franchise in sports history.

Honestly, who cares? Teams change from year to year and what happened last year has absolutely no bearing on what happens this year. So far, neither team has impressed me much. The starting pitching has been atrocious from both sides and the Yankee lineup doesnt scare me the way it did last year. The Sox lineup is definitely worse off as long as Papi and Scutaro are in there. I cant wait for Lowrie to get healthy (man, that is not a good thing).
