Opinions on the toughest players to find cards of from the late 90's sets

There's a guy over on the BO boards who picked up a 1997 Pinnacle Totally Certified Platinum Gold Hideo Nomo /30 for $10. I for one think this is a total steal and his re-sale value on it will be huge. This got me thinking - what other players besides Nomo are total pain in rears to find from late 90's low print run sets? I know all the big names have their loyal followings but what players out there have you tried to collect with little success?

There are quite a few Rickey cards that have a print run of /50 or more that either haven't surfaced or are hardly ever seen.

Complete steal and should be able to sell it for $500-$800 easy..............as long as it has the serial number. The non-numbered Nomo sold a while back for ~300
