They've warned for a long time that a manufactured market crash/repression/depression would lead to the government taking more controll...
is that not what seems to be taking place? I'm just saying.... it's not what I believe, but an argument could be made by those who do.
If I'm not mistaken, NASDAQ was over 13,000+ this time last year... Unemployment was at 4.8%
So you think an argument could be made that this is all a big scam and that we really are not in a bad economic crisis and that this was all done to initiate more governmental control over the economy? Not saying you believe it but just making sure I know what your saying.
Either way...if greed gets as bad as it has...I would be all for governmental control. But seeing as how I don't make a whole lot to begin with considering what I bring home a year...I wouldn't expect to be too personally affected by it anyway.

I really don't have a clue on how to mention this stuff without it seeming to be what I believe, but I do know what the conpiracy enthusiasts believe. I like to know what people are thinking.... and it entertains me.Anyway, to phrase it simply as a scam doesn't even come close to what they believe. If you ever read or watch anything regarding their thinking on the Federal Reserve... you'll see the argument. It's not actually our Government, but a small group behind it and a few within it.
This current mess is the almost entirely the responsibility of ONE PARTY though...and that is the DEMOCRAT/Liberal/Progressive group.... not the "Financial policies of G-Dubya Bush."
President Bush called this mess... as early as April 2001 and many times after. It was Democrats who denied reality.

Of course, Ron. It's never Dubya's fault. It's always those pesky Democrats. They engineered this whole conspiracy to tank the economy so they could convert the country to socialism.

Don't take this the wrong way, but I did laugh a few times at some of the word choices here.jdacunha said:Work for a well know brokerage frim..just left a well know one that went down the tubes.
I have not been effected at all. I am actually making 40% more this year.
