Yeah, I think the date is wrong, because it doesnt show up on any release calendar......I think this is for next year?????

That is what I thought too, but no way that is coming out next week???? Not on anyones sell sheets or presell sheets or release sheets.....secret or not, Upper Deck would not have that come out this close to 2008-09 Exquisite Basketball

Understood. But, 08-09 just came out a month ago at $600/box. Is there
enough of a market for this, especially when ppl were disappointed with 08-09 breaks?

The product is set to arrive next week — on Sept. 30 — and its production was kept a secret even at Upper Deck, according to Basketball Brand Manager Brandon Miller.

Hmm, interesting. Probably not going to be opening a case this time. That Crosby is awesome though. I wonder if they'll have a Tiger like that? I see no pictures of RC patch/autographs of the new class, and the RC autos are in their amateur/college unis. I wonder if the date is them trying to get this out before Panini takes over as exclusive?

hmmm seems intresting. By reading the article, it seems to be releasing this year. I would love to pull any Tiger. It would sell for major money.

It says right in article that it will be out next week. I believe October is the beginning of Panini NBA deal so has to be out then.

correct. will this be the last fully licensed basketball from ud? will this reduce the prices on last months exquiste basketball? jordan/tiger might be a 50k card.
