Anyone else remember the old unix newgroups?

telnet to a unix server with a news feed and type rn to "read news" and then page down through posts one at a time in character mode to try and find something you might be interested in reading. Ahhhh.... the good old days!

I remember being fascinated reading those rec. boards during my senior year in college in 1995. The internet had just hit mainstream and those rec. boards of all my different interests and hobbies like baseball cards, amateur astronomy and Star Wars kept me huddled at the university library for hours.

Retailer specific mini boxed sets. In particular I am thinking of the Walgreens, K-Mart, McCrory's; etc., sets made by Fleer and Topps in the mid-1980s.
