Panini Appreciation Thread

They have some eye catching designs and concepts for sure. I have a handful of Garvey cards and some Dodger autographs I have bought aftermarket. Their major downfall for me is the inability to use team names and logos, which gives the cards a minor league feel to them.

I really enjoy the "between the seams" cards. Wish they were higher numbered so I had a chance at a few more. Picked up the chris davis redemption upon release.. Had it in hand less than a month later

All these inc. from Donruss 2 for me (sorry for large scans links are from the auctions I won them from.) The season stat lines are still ridiculously low print #s like they have been in previous years ('99-'05) and I'm glad I nailed down one of the Arenados:

Some pretty nice looking stuff in there, there is something about the HOF that I don't like and those are what I was hoping stood out. There not horrible , just wish the player image was larger and the 75th logo etc across the middle wasn't as big of focus. Strawberry has a completely different sig on one of those 3 cards, looks great on two but the other he should have put same effort into. And wtf w Frank Thomas and his sigs, they always are streaky in the same areas. Anyway , still some decent items, hope they have some nice memorabilia in there also
