I have a redemption from 2010 National Treasures that they have had for 16 months. They never respond to any emails or inquiries. After 10 attempts at getting a replacement with no reponse, my last email contained every four letter word you can imagine. I also told them to take whatever cards they owe me and shove them up their asses! I'm done with them.

That sucks. I wound up emailing the CEO about some previous redemption cards. They had them for about a year. He responded fairly quickly, and someone from their customer service contacted me.

sick!! i just got 2 of mine back from panini within the last two weeks...one from almost 4 months and the other a month or so long...one was cam newton jsy auto /49...ending up flipping it on ebay, needed fast cash, wish i held onto it until season started, since it was the second best hit i've ever had, but needed fast cash too many PC 1/1s popped up...
