I def say a fair price and probably didn't deserve the response. The only thing I could think of is the seller got "bombed" with "low ball" offers that day and took his frustration out on you. Or maybe they have nore in the card and are holding out to recoup their money? Either way, fair offer on your part. I know I've gotten mad at buyers when the offer $2dlvd on a $30 card, but I will usually decline and move on. If the seller comes back with a smart arse remark then I block them.
