How about Chaz Roe and $45 or 5 Olmos?

You can't compare a box by box breakdown of the products due to different setups (5 packs vs. 20) and different SRP's.

He just asked a question. He will give me a box, I'm not paying for it, right? I don't care what it costs if I'm getting it free. Give me 5 Olmos over 1 Roe please.

Well, its a horrible means of comparing the products, and I don't see how it has any baring on this subject or thread.

One product will come out in 2009, like it has for over 10 years, the other will probably never see another release.

There have been some "dog" products this year, but Letterman is clearly taking the lead.

For the record, I've said all along that I don't think a product with manufactured letter patch autos of prospects will be successful and a number of people were arguing with me about it to no end. Anyone still want to argue? I haven't opened any of it, but from what I've heard from people who have, this product sucks.

Not a Razor hater either as I think Signature Series was a fine product by most standards, I just have thought all along... since the time I talked to Brian Gray at the National Card Show last summer... that this just was not a good idea for a prospect-focused product.

And whaddya know ;)

I'll defnately admit that I didn't think I'd be seeing Hosmer Letters selling in the low $10's. When it comes to predicting a debut price for a card, I am generally on the lower end, rather than the higher end, but these have surpassed my low expectation. Then again who knows, releasing 2 products at the same time isn't the best way to sell them.
