Price Check Help- 2006 Sterling Refractor

Whats a reasonable multiple from base to refractor? The specific card I'm curious about is the Cam Maybin refractor. You can pick up a base for around $10 but the lowest refractor I've seen in some time is $50 which seems pretty steep for Maybin. Also, what's with the sellers with the black refractors asking for $200+? Is that just stubborn sellers trying to get back their cost? Sorry but I don't see anyone buying Cam Maybin outside of San Diego.
