Since it is Valentine's Day, how many of you have these unperforated Valentine's Cards in your collection?

Picked this up, haven't been able to locate many examples of these listed online, let alone a sealed set (except mine). I have learned they were distributed to hobby dealers, so there can't be too many of these around making me think these are pretty rare. My Google search also lead me to quite a few want-lists with these on them making it seem that not many player collectors have these. There was a Nomo three-card set posted earlier in this thread, but haven't seen any other examples.

Would appreciate input regarding these Complete Player Samples. Thanks in advance.

I have never seen a Griffey sample set. For the longest time I thought
it was just one of those cards that didn't exist like the 93 Donruss Triple Play Preview.
It exists I guess, but not with the word PREVIEW is not on there anywhere..

*EDIT* Here the ones I listed a while back:

[ebay:slifhacl]130626356991[/ebay:slifhacl]
[ebay:slifhacl]360425091894[/ebay:slifhacl]

No bids, no watchers, and not very many page views. I don't think they are very rare.

Good luck with your acution.

Some players are a lot harder to find than others. Nomo is one of the easiest, along with Clemens. I think some of them are severely short printed or already scooped up into private collections, b/c some players you never see (Cal Ripken, Jeter, Manny, Thomas, Griffey)

I think that Ripken was cut from the box unless I am not remembering correctly. I remember busting a box when they came out and cutting that from it. I still have mine somewhere.

Wow thats pretty cool. Have you ever taken the cards with the clipped corners
out to see if the backs are marked? Of course I would love a scan of the Griffey
back and front if you have time?
