PSA grading question

When you sign up for the plat membership you receive a voucher for 15 free grades with 7 day turnaround service.

I sent in my order and it says it was received on the 20th. The 21st and 22nd of last week were day 1 and day 2.

Then you have the 5 days from this week. It still shows that the order is being processed.

Is the turnaround time guaranteed?

They show as being processed until grades are given, they normally ship that day or the next.

I believe the turnaround times are estimates and try to stick to those times. They have been right on with my orders

LOL, last sub I did two weeks ago was a 5 day turnaround time and it was done in 3 days I guess my voucher is moved to the bottom of the pile :lol:
