PSA Group Grading Submission--Cards due 10/22

Looks like this was a $5 sub which is typically 45 business days.......today is day 45 if they were sent on time; however he stated they were delayed. Hopefully we will know more VERY soon.

I dont have any cards in the Sub and I am pissed (same for Chris). I guess at some point you need to contact Paypal, CC company or his local police.

I don't have any cards tied up in this and I feel for those that do. He had a lot of people trusting him and that sucks both ways. I hope everything gets resolved, I know it has been a long time already but I am still holding out hope for you all.

Did anyone ever call him to try to get the PSA submission #? And going through paypal won't do very much. Grading fees are minimal compared to the value of the stuff that was in the submission

For what it's worth, I spoke with PSA customer service today about my own sub that was submitted on the 45 day service. Today is day 44 in my sub, but I was told that they are a little backed up and it should pop at the end of next week.

I just have a horrible horrible feeling about this situation. This guy has known for weeks now that people are worried, pissed, and wanting an explanation. Anyone with any self-respect at all would find a way to get on the boards and post some sort of apology or explanation.

The fact that we STILL aren't hearing from him is pretty troubling, considering he has THOUSANDS of dollars of our cards/grading fees.

the estimated deadline for the sub is almost here. I've spoken to chris and if we dont hear anything soon, its probably a good idea to think of your legal options. I would hold off on that for right now but we just wanted to make sure everyone knew we were still on top of this.

I'm not expecting any response at this point. he has failed time and time again to communicate with both members and mods, through every channel possible.

Anyone have any idea on how to proceed legally if necessary? I will seriously consider moving forward if we don't get any sort of response by the end of the month

My first submission ever, I had sent this Elway Minor League RC I found in the quarter box at a show. Fortunately I don't have much invested in to it, but I really feel for those with hundreds of dollars of cards in the submission. I'm still hoping it works out for all of us.

I'm still not convinced that he just got up and stole everything. I'm hoping that something just went wrong with him or whatever because if he just set it up and stole everything it would be a real slap in the face to everyone involved and everyone on the board including the mods considering he got permission to run this submission
