It is a foregone conclusion to me already. I am just waiting for the day the story hits the air. Not because I have any real investment, but because it reminds me of all those now extinct Barry Bonds supporters who used the "proof, where is the proof", card at any given opportunity to lend credence to obviously tarnished performances.

Look at the size of his cranium. Look at the body shape shifting. Look at the hair loss. Look at how a relatively unknown ball player burst onto the scene out of nowhere to become perhaps the best ball player of this generation with ZERO hype before he hit the majors. Look at how vigorously he defends his private life, in McGwire like fashion. Any one of these "signs" would be harmless independent of the others, but in conjunction they make a pretty solid base to speculate from.

Is it a lock? No, not at all. However, is it a good chance? I would say yes.

Wee, lets have some fun. I'll state some random opinion and argue it to the death as fact till everyone is fighting like crazy so I can sit back and laugh!

I'm about to call a duck a duck here....

BTW, "not even a doubt" = fact(in your head), not opinion.
You have been thanked.
Blah, blah, blah.

Whenever someone makes a point you cant *censor* or mind numbingly bumble over like a complete dipshit, you say something like "blah blah blah" or "yeah sure whatever." These facts lead to another fact, which is that you are a complete *********.

When a valid point is brought up and its against his thinking what he does reminds me of a little kid covering his ears and shouting I CAN'T HEAR YOU I CAN'T HEAR YOU.
it would be nice if you brought up valid points

WOW! You said it!

Why would you assume anything about Albert Pujols when you don't even know him?!

Is it plausible that Pujols has taken steroids, HGH or similar? Sure. But plausibility is never a guarantee.

As long as the "Steroid Era" has Bud Selig as the poster boy, and everyone else as the supporting cast, I don't care about who used them.

I only cite "Gambler's Final Word" when I'm really serious about getting the facts. elmalo must be serious.
Actually, I also trust "Yellow" Johnny down on the corner for the serious scoop.
I would suggest SportsPickle.com. They are even more credible than those two other sources.

I've never understood what was so remarkable about that picture of Pujols, other than the fact he's flexing his tris.

I've known guys with 26 inch biceps that were completely clean...I mean, not even bs creatine.

I knew a Staff Sargent when I was in the Marines that would go to the "Clean" Body Building competitions. He preached healthy living and bodybuilding. He got sent to the Persian Gulf and I took over his job and his desk. The top left desk drawer would not open. Finaly I got fed up one day and decided I was going to figure out why if I had to use a crowbar. I found that he had drilled a hole under the desk and inserted a screw so that the drawer could not be opened without removing the screw. I got into the drawer and there were syringes and empty steroid bottles. Moral of the story... even some of the supposed clean guys are hypocrate steroid users. I have more similar stories than time to type them here. I hope every one of your friends with 26 inch biceps are 100% clean but my life experience (Military, Softball, Football, Gym Rat) tells me otherwise.

I tried to restrain myself but I couldn't do it.
Please don't smear the Marines with your sea stories.... What next the guy was deployed to Iraq and was at Abu Ghraib prison with the dogs scaring the poor prisoners. I doubt if the story was true that you reported this to security or had the balls to confront him. I hate it when people take aim at our military when they can't defend themselves especially when you claim to be a vet.

He's acting like the guy is putting-down military people by telling one story about a military guy he caught with steroids. Sensitive much? lol

I trained with weights for 4 years straight and at 135 pounds got up to 200 bench with a smith machine, and i have a much smaller frame than Pujols. He has been training for years. It might be poss. but the points brought up by op is a joke, again.

36? Does that include me?...I'M 37???

Oh God, I gotta go watch that again!

I think that many people in this thread are not qualified to speak on steroids.

There isnt a single player in baseball, that if it came out that they were on something, that I would be surprised. Especially not Albert Pujols, in fact I would be surprised if he wasnt on something. Ken Caminitti said what 80percent. Everyone said he was nuts. Canseco said 50 percent, everyone said he was crazy. Everybody he mentioned, everyone was up in arms, yet most of those players have turned up dirty.Nothing surprises me at all anymore, espec ially when middle infielders and relief pitchers on them.
