Nothing wrong with good healthy debate and the fact that Pujols homers have to go into the on base % and stolen
base stats to prove Howard isn't great, only proves my point.

Howard is not going away, he is one of the greatest power hitters of our time. Sit back, relax and watch the
greats, Pujols included.

Also, Howard is a St. Louis native and went to MSU, I really like him. If you weren't such a troll I could just watch and appreciate him instead of constantly comparing him to a superior player.

Not defending anyone here but lately it isn't him trying to compare the two. Everyone else seems to be starting it. Just like in this thread. Who first brought Howard into it? Or the one thread Pujols vs. Howard that just ran though here lately. Seems like people start it and Howard fans try to defend there fave player then you rain down upon us. We all know Pujols is in a different and better class than Howard but latly it isnt Howard fans starting it.

Well I have not been here for long so I don't know of his past too much. That's why I said im not defending him. I come here from time to time to check on things and post here and there about my fave player or my latest pull but all I ever see is Howard vs. Pujols and lately it isnt Kevin starting it. I did see in the past of him starting it and everyone telling him to stop and he did but now I see those people starting it and not him. I cant even post about Howard without someone bringing Pujols into my thread or getting bashed for posting it here.

But, People complain about him and yet start with him. There were 2 members here that brought Howard into this thread and was bashing on him. What did you think would happen? why was it done? to start a fight and then complain about it.

So beacuse of his trolling all Phillies fans are lumped into it? we know Pujols is better. But responds to this thread were ment to fire him up and if that happens you cant complaine. If you are going to bash his fave player he will stand up.

Comments like this dont make sense. Do you honestly think he has full control over what he does? Im sure he wants to hit ONE HUNDRED home runs, and Im sure he wants to be considered the best player in the game, but he cant hit 100 home runs, he can play at his best, which gives him consideration by some as the best player in the game. bongo, i am kinda in that boat as well. i just joined last month and i am not familiar with the past issues that exist amongst some of the senior members. i am not creating polls or threads to start arguments either. i just enjoy talking baseball and for the record once more, i like ryan howard the person, hell, he is a fellow missourian.
